| POA Picnic and 5th Annual National Night Out (NNO) |

This year your Waggener Ranch POA combined our annual Ranch Picnic with our National Night Out. On a very nice October 4, neighbors met in the park to socialize and celebrate our 5th annual NNO.
Participation increased this year to 22 neighbors, including Rayanne and Mike Shannon from Minot, N. Dakota. Friends, good food and officers from our Comal County Sheriff’s Department made it great fun.

| Pond windmill goes up |

A group of hardy volunteers put the new pond windmill in place recently. The windmill will drive the pump to aerate and improve the pond environment. Thanks from all of us to our volunteer property owners. |
